Payroll deductions for all 13 provinces and territories: CPP and CPP2 (QPP for Quebec), EI, QPIP, and federal and provincial income tax, plus the employer's total cost and net-to-gross. Every answer comes from the same 2026 engine as our calculators, built on CRA's T4127 formulas and checked against CRA's PDOC to the cent.
There's no key and no signup. Send JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTP POST to https://canada-payroll.ca/mcp; a GET returns the discovery document. AI agents that speak the Model Context Protocol can connect to the same URL.
| Tool | What it returns |
|---|---|
employee_take_home | Net pay per year and per pay period, with CPP/QPP, EI, QPIP and income tax withheld |
employer_total_cost | Gross salary plus the employer's CPP, EI (1.4x) and Quebec levies, with excluded items listed |
net_to_gross_salary | The gross salary that delivers an agreed take-home, the employer cost and the per-period remittances |

For a $60,000 Ontario salary paid biweekly, that returns net pay of $1,820.78 per period ($47,340.23 a year).

We're building /api/v1/payroll for payroll apps, HR tools and spreadsheets: plain JSON in and out, any pay frequency, year-to-date inputs, and a 2027 rule set as soon as CRA publishes it. It will launch for provinces we've checked against PDOC first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it opens.
We only use your email to tell you when the API opens. No spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
